About the job

Summary

The Fulfillment Supervisor is responsible for planning, implementing and managing our shipping and distribution strategy. Your main duty will be to ensure secure, accurate, timely and productive shipping processes.

Responsibilities

• Keeping shipping operations within budget without compromising speed or efficiency.
• Creating and implementing shipping policies and procedures.
• Hiring, training, and supervising shipping employees.
• Acting as a liaison between management and employees
• Collaborating with internal departments to optimize the flow of orders from preparation to shipment.
• Documenting processes and reporting to management as required.
• Prepare and present KPI reports
• Supervise and oversee shipping team members
• Identify shipping issues and implement solutions in a timely manner
• Other duties as assigned.

Abilities/Skills/Knowledge Requirements

• Five years' experience in the shipping industry.
• Proficiency in electronic shipping software and ERP.
• In-depth knowledge of logistics and shipping documentation.
• Experienced with budgeting and reporting.
• Knowledge of shipping industry regulations.
• Advanced analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per hour
